Over the last few weeks, 1,109 primary schools have taken part in our Year 5 writing moderation task. In total, 13,318 teachers from these schools judged the writing of 51,539 year 5 pupils. The overall reliability of the judging was 0.88, which shows a high level of consistency between teachers.
