Welcome back Class 11. We have a busy half-term ahead with lots of activities planned, including our annual Christmas Concert at Goodshaw Baptist Church on Thursday 17th December at 9:15am.

In English, we will be basing our unit around the legendary myth King Arthur, writing narratives based around descriptions. In Maths, we will be learning about Fractions, Decimals and Percentages, Algebra and Sequences, Geometry and Area, and Statistics. In Geography, we are learning about Mountains and how they are formed. In Science, we are continuing our Properties and Changes of Materials unit, focusing on Irreversible Changes. We will be looking at Internet Communication in Computing, Football and Dance in PE, Families in French, Doodlers in DT and Hinduism and Karma in RE.

We have a full PE afternoon on WEDNESDAY with Miss Moss, so don't forget to wear your PE kit on this day.

Year 6 SAT tests

The tests will be the week commencing Mon 10th May 2027.
