Autumn Term 1

Hello and welcome to the Class 6 page. Most of the information you require about Class 6 can be found here. There will also be regular updates on Class Dojo. If you have any questions or would like to know more, please just ask!

This half-term, our topic is Romans. Here is an overview of what we’ll be exploring across all our subjects:

English – We’ll be writing a diary entry and a set of instructions based on 'Romans on the Rampage: Chariot Champions!'

Science – Our focus is parts of a plant.

History – Our enquiry question is 'What impact did the Romans have on Britain?'

RE – In Hinduism, we will be learning about Rama and Sita and the festival of Diwali.

PE – We will be developing our fundamental skills and fitness.

Art – Mosaics

PSHE – Our topic is 'Me and My Relationships'.

Music – Ukulele

French – All our learning in French will be around early language skills, basic pronunciation and grammar.

We’re looking forward to a half-term full of exciting, hands-on learning!
